Returns
You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Don't worry, we've got you.
We offer free UK exchanges because we want you to love your purchase. Just drop us an email within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll help get the right size sorted for you, subject to stock availability.
Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition with any tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For reasons of hygiene and safety, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any return postage costs.

Refunds
